In light of Applicable law, the data controller of the Website is BOGS FOOTWEAR as defined above. In turn, BOGS FOOTWEAR has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) available at: privacy@Bogs Footwear.com for any information regarding the processing of personal data by BOGS FOOTWEAR, including the list of data processors.
